This program provides much-needed gifts during the Christmas season to needy families with children, the elderly and house-bound persons. Typical giving levels are approximately $25 to $30 per recipient. This year there are 170 doves on our tree. (Approximately 25 doves remain on the tree as of November 20th.) The need is great, and your participation is important!
How to Get Involved:
- Select a dove from the 2011 Christmas tree in Fellowship Hall on Sunday, November 13th, Sunday, November 20th or Sunday, November 27th.
- Write your information on the sign-up sheet in Fellowship Hall so I can keep track of the doves.
- Each dove details the type of gift, the age and sex of the recipient and its identifying number.
- Keep your dove and follow its instructions. Purchase and wrap your gift. Then make sure that the dove number is on the package when you bring it to the church.
- Your wrapped gift should be returned with its identifying number by Sunday, November 27th or Sunday, December 4th.
