The ultimate governing body of the church is the membership assembled at annual or special meetings, the Church Council is responsible for the ongoing, month-to-month operation of the church. From managing our financial well-being and our buildings, to handling personnel matters and ensuring programmatic vitality and coordination, the Church Council ensures our congregation functions smoothly and in the spirit of Christ's ministry.
The Church Council is comprised of the Officers of the Church (Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Clerk, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer), the ministers, as well as the Chairs of the Board of Deacons, Business and Finance Committee, Christian Education Committee, Christian Outreach Committee, Music Committee, Personnel Committee, the Property Committee, Memorial Garden Committee, Men's Group and Women's Web.
